I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner offering trauma-informed psychiatric care for adults in Seattle and across Washington. My practice provides thoughtful, collaborative medication management and emotional support for individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, and mood-related challenges. My approach is grounded in curiosity and compassion. I believe that symptoms often make sense once we understand the stories that shaped them. Whether it’s the hyperfocus and overwhelm of ADHD, the vigilance born of trauma, or the fatigue of long-term stress, we’ll work together to build understanding, stability, and meaningful change.
